The gap

The studio has its limits.

It runs on the studio's schedule, across town, at the studio's pace. Sometimes that doesn't work for you.

A video just plays.

It doesn't know your level, what you're working on, or how much time you have. It's for a generic audience, and you follow along, whether or not it fits.

Sana builds a guided class for you. Not a library to scroll.

What is Sana

Every session is an audio guided yoga class, with an AI instructor's voice leading you through. You choose your level, your style, and how long you have. Sana builds the rest.

The classes are written by AI. That's how each one can fit you, rather than the average. Before a class reaches you, we check it for safety, sequencing, and flow. If it isn't good enough to practise, you never see it.

A class made for you. Without the schedule, the commute, or the crowd.

Press play. A calm voice guides you from start to finish.

Where it's going

A practice that evolves with you.

Sana starts by building classes around what you choose. Over time, we want it to learn your practice - what you're working on, what to teach you next. Each session shapes the one after it.

Common questions

Do I need to watch a screen?

No. Every class is audio-guided, with an AI instructor's voice leading you from start to finish, so you can focus on practising.

What styles of yoga does Sana teach?

Vinyasa, hatha, and yin. You choose the style, and Sana sequences the class the way a teacher of that style would.

How long is a class?

20 minutes. Longer classes will follow after launch.

Is Sana right for beginners?

Yes. Choose beginner and the class is built for it, with simpler poses, a slower pace, and cues that explain rather than assume.

What do I need to start?

Just a mat. Practise wherever you like.

Who writes the classes?

They're written by AI, class by class, which is how each one can fit your level and style rather than the average. Before a class reaches you we check it for safety, sequencing, and flow.
